Lady is a former "street dog" who came to live with my Mom in January 1998. She won her first National Narcotic Detector Dog Association (NNDDA) Private Security Division Championship that year and followed up with a second place in 1999. She did not compete in 2000 or 2001. This year, she and Mom returned to the competition. She won the Private Security Division and placed 3rd overall competing against 164 other dogs from Law Enforcement and the Private Sector. She had 7 narcotic finds in 2 minutes.
R.C. Smith and Branco won the Law Enforcement Division (and overall championship) with an awesome performance! They are truly an exceptional team!
